Return Policy

General Conditions

As our services are presently offered in Canada, please note that we can only complete returns based in Canada and it's territories.

Simply return it for an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase/delivery. Please ship it back to us. We do not accept returns after 14 days.

All return requests must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase or printed copy of the receipt/invoice; in Unused, Unworn, and Undamaged Condition, with all the original tags attached, in addition to original packaging.  It must be deemed Sellable by Kat's Collective warehouse employees. All returns are subject to Validation and Approval by Kat's Collective.

In case of incorrect items being shipped or damaged during shipment, please contact Kat's Collective using the Contact Us page.  

Refunds with the receipt are based on the price paid at the time of purchase.

Returns for Online Purchases

Returns to our warehouse are not supported at this time. 

Exchanges for higher value item(s) are based on the customers agreement to pay to pay the price difference.

Gift Cards, Delivery Costs, Credit Charges, Bank Fees and Shipping Fees are Non-Refundable.
